- Your wedding, your way: We'll listen to what you want. You have complete control over how many announcements we make, how loud the music is and what music is played.

- Classy Master of Ceremonies: When you choose Jim and Discovery for your wedding, you will have a trained Master of Ceremonies overseeing your wedding. We will go over all announcements we'll make prior to the wedding. Your DJ will not tell jokes on the microphone or try to steal the spotlight.

- Weddings Only: Most DJs try to be a jack-of-all trades and claim to "specialize" in all types of events. We only provide DJ services for weddings. Meaning, we focus our training on weddings and spend our time working on planning great weddings for our clients.

- One DJ: You will meet with Jim and work with him to plan your wedding. There there are no surprises about who your DJ will be--Jim has served as the DJ and master of ceremonies for every event for Discovery DJs!

- Online planning tools: Plan your wedding, at your convenience, from any computer with internet access. Once you are a Discovery DJs client, you will be given a special client access website account. That will allow you to submit all the details we will need for your wedding reception.

 - Music requests: Using our online planning system, you can submit your 'must play', 'play if possible' and 'do not play' songs. It is your wedding so you can choose as few or as many songs as you'd like.

- Contact with your DJ: We are available via phone or e-mail for any questions you have. If you send an e-mail or leave us a voicemail we make every attempt to respond within 1 business day.

- Equipment: We take a lot of pride in having a very clean and unobtrusive system. We use the top brands in the business (Rane, Electrovoice, Pioneer, Shure) so you'll have excellent sound at your wedding without having an eyesore of a DJ system.
